Before you go slamming other peoples work and denouncing Fractals as being NON Art Forms - you ought to take a real good look at your own stuff....
You got my attention - I looked and what is this???? My 6 year old Niece has more going for her than you have.

Don't worry you are not alone - why people like you make comments like that I have no idea. But that is an issue for you to work out for yourself!
- Again as Mentioned I have 3 DD's and am regularly featured in several different genres so not everyone shares your small-minded view of what art should be all about. As mentioned I looked at what you had to offer and was left with few surprises - unlike you I am not even going to say I hate it.... I reserve that comment for Art if it's bad enough to merit it! In this case uncategorized would be more apt as I cannot even see the black dot you mention!

I don't care how recognized you are for you don't even realise how recognized I am.
If my work doesn't suit you, I don't mind, but please, for one time, quit saying that I said stuff that I haven't. I never said that fractal wasn't an art form, I completely and most reluctantly have not a small-minded view of art. And please don' talk "hate", the only person who ever said it was you.
My word is over if your is too, but I'd be glad if you took a deep breath and then realise that I ain't that stupid prick you might like to create your image of me to be.
And once and for all, I don't even care of your DD's, they don't mean as much to me as they seem to mean for you.

FYI I have written several times that I don't particularly like the idea of DD's but it is nice to get your work recognized from time to time. In this particular case I am particularly pleased to have had one - for the recognition of work done with one of the lesser known and used fractal applications. But that you choose not to accept fractals as a form of are - maybe you have never tried to do fractal art or tried and failed that you feel so single-minded about the art for (and yes it is very much Art, it's digital and it's here to stay) If you have such issues with digital and Nature (yes Fractals are naturally occurring algorithms) then why are you using a computer???
I have nothing else to say on the matter.... again you have wasted too much of my time as I have yours. Let us just agree to differ at this stage and leave it at that.
I just hope you will think twice about commenting a persons work in future before flying off with generalized comments slamming an entire genre as you did in this case. It doesn't do anyone any favours and just makes you look bad.
Comments are invited on my work as long as you use constructive criticism as invited on that little box one selects when posting a work.
As mentioned - like it or hate it but qualify that with what it is about the WORK you like or hate. What you said was asbad as someone faving a Photograph because it is simply excellent, only to discover afterwards that the uploaded used photoshop to adjust blur and shadows and then removed the favourite and left a stupid comment like This is a Fake, it's photoshopped.
I ask you then where would the traditional Photographer be if you take away the chemicals, enlarger, Lupe and dodge and buurn tools???
I just don't see why people have to wade into Digital Media Forums and display ignorance like this... That's all!
If you can't stand the heat then stay out of the Kitchen! If yu have issues with Digital stick to your Wall or your canvas or Darkroom. Hang out in Coffee houses and Galleries and market and discuss your work with like-minded creatures... but stay out of the digital realm if you cannot embrace it with open arms... or at least don't make base comments where they are neither welcome nor needed.
I hope we can now leave it at this and call this the end of the matter... I will delete my journal and hide the messages if that is what you wish. I cannot tell you what to do - but I only hope you will learn from this and think about the difference between constructive criticism and flaming in future. My first impulse was to report your initial message as spam but when you insult the entire Fractal Community I am sorry but I have to at least make noise about it. We have enough issues in this community already without inflammatory statements like this
